Hi friends,
This is my first post and I could not be more excited. My sweet friend and teaching buddy Briana Beverly at Sun, Sand, and Second Grade (if you haven't - you MUST check out her blog) convinced me to begin a teaching blog and join in on some fun. Since this is my first post I thought it would be perfect timing to tell you a bit more about myself. I am a twenty-something year old teacher who was born and raised in sunny ole' Fort Myers, Florida. This will be my second year teaching my sweet second graders. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing by the beach (but who doesn't), spending time with my precious pup Emma, and doing all things school related.
I hope to use this space to give you an inside look into my classroom, share ideas, and connect with some passionate teachers.
